Founder
Martin O’Donoghue
Martin is a corporate lawyer with top 10 law firm experience at Eversheds Sutherland, and has been ranked in The Legal 500. His work in legal document automation informs DocuDraft’s focus on the practical needs of business owners.
He studied business and law at University College Dublin and holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
The aim is straightforward: combine useful documents with clear explanations, so customers understand the decisions they are making and when further advice is needed.
