THE LEGAL DETAILS

Accessibility

We want DocuDraft to be clear, readable and straightforward to use.

Illustrative business workspace

Effective 3 November 2026

Features designed to help

The new site uses structured headings, labelled controls, keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators. Text can be enlarged using browser zoom, and layouts adapt to smaller screens. Decorative imagery is kept separate from essential product information.

Reading and navigating

A skip link takes keyboard users to the main content. Article contents links help you move through longer pages. Search and filters use labels, and selected states are conveyed in text as well as colour.

Motion and contrast

The site respects reduced-motion preferences. Animation is not needed to read an article, choose a document or use a form. We aim for readable contrast and avoid using a star colour alone to communicate a rating.

Documents and older articles

Legacy articles and downloadable documents may need additional accessibility work. If a format creates a barrier, tell us the title, format and what would help. Do not send sensitive legal information to demonstrate an access problem.

Reporting a problem

Email customersupport@docudraft.co.uk with the page address, device or software used and a description of the difficulty. We will review the issue and discuss an alternative where practical.

Ongoing improvement

We aim to improve accessibility through ongoing review and customer feedback. We have not claimed independent certification. Some older articles, PDFs and third-party payment screens may have limitations; please contact us if you need help accessing information or completing a purchase.
