Permitted use
You may use the website to find information, explore products and use services or materials within their stated terms and licences.
Prohibited activity
- Unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity.
- Attempting to bypass passwords, download permissions or other access controls.
- Introducing malware, disrupting the service or deliberately overloading its systems.
- Impersonating a customer, staff member or professional, or supplying false contact details.
- Uploading or sending material you are not authorised to use or disclose.
- Publishing, selling or redistributing templates beyond the applicable licence.
Confidential information
Do not use a general contact form to send client files, sensitive personal information or transaction documents. Agree a suitable recipient and route before providing confidential material for an accepted service.
Content and intellectual property
Respect copyright, confidentiality and the rights of other people. Links to source material and reviews do not transfer rights in that material. We may ask you to demonstrate the authority to provide a document or other content.
Protecting the service
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate steps, including restricting access, removing material or making a legally required disclosure. Any action remains subject to applicable law and existing contractual rights.
