Effective 3 November 2026

About the website

EstateBee Limited, trading as DocuDraft, is registered in England and Wales under company number 11429690. Our registered office is 33 Canonbie Road, London, SE23 3AW, United Kingdom. Contact customersupport@docudraft.co.uk about these terms. By using this website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Purchases are governed by our terms and conditions of supply. A separately accepted professional service has its own engagement terms. Our privacy and cookie notices explain information practices; accepting these terms is not consent to optional tracking.

Information and professional advice

Our articles, checklists and general guidance help you understand business and legal topics. They do not assess your circumstances or create a solicitor-client relationship. Check the jurisdiction, publication date and scope of the material before using it.

Historical articles retain their original dates. A publication date is not a statement that every legal point remains current. Specific product descriptions explain the intended use and limits of the documents we sell.

Lawful use

Use the site in accordance with our acceptable use policy. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or attempt to obtain another person’s account or files.

Our content and intellectual property

Copyright and other rights in the website, branding, text, artwork and documents belong to us or our licensors. You may browse the site and make reasonable copies of free guidance for your own personal or internal business reference, keeping attribution and notices intact.

You may not resell, republish or commercially exploit our content or templates without permission, except where applicable law or an express licence permits it. A purchase grants the licence stated in the supply terms; it does not transfer copyright.

Accounts and security

Give accurate account information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for authorised use of your account and should tell us promptly about suspected misuse. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance, without removing rights already acquired under a purchase or mandatory law.

Links, reviews and third parties

You may link to a public page fairly and lawfully without implying an endorsement or association that does not exist. Do not frame our website as part of another service without permission.

External sites operate independently and their terms apply when you use them. Selected reviews of EstateBee publications are identified as such; they are not presented as reviews or a combined rating of DocuDraft documents.

Availability and changes

We may update the website, correct errors or temporarily suspend functions for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. General changes do not retrospectively alter the terms of an accepted order. Material changes to these terms apply from their published effective date.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumer rights remain unaffected.

For business users, and subject to that protection, we exclude liability arising solely from use of the free website for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business opportunity or anticipated savings. Responsibility for purchased products is governed by the supply terms, and any accepted professional service by its engagement terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Business users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home courts that the law gives them.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in exercising a right does not waive it. No person other than you and us has a right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
