Before you buy
We can explain what a pack includes and point you to its product information. Start with the Help Centre for common questions, or contact us if you need clarification.
An order or download problem
Send your order number, the product name and a short description of what happened. For a file problem, tell us which software you are using. Please do not send payment-card details or confidential transaction information.
