THE LEGAL DETAILS

Terms & conditions of supply

Please read and save these terms before ordering a DocuDraft product.

Illustrative business workspace

Effective 3 November 2026

1. The business you are buying from

EstateBee Limited, trading as DocuDraft, is registered in England and Wales under company number 11429690. Our registered office is 33 Canonbie Road, London, SE23 3AW, United Kingdom. Email customersupport@docudraft.co.uk for order enquiries or write to our registered office.

These terms apply to purchases made directly from DocuDraft. Amazon orders are made with the seller identified at Amazon checkout and are governed by that seller’s terms. A professional service is provided only under separately agreed engagement terms.

2. Choosing a product

Read the product page for its contents, formats, jurisdiction, intended use, price and any exclusions. A pack includes only the items listed. Covers may be illustrative; sample pages are identified as samples. Products marked in preparation cannot yet be ordered.

Our company secretarial documents are intended for the types of England and Wales companies stated on their pages. They are not automatically suitable for a public company, overseas entity, regulated transaction, dispute or insolvent business.

3. Orders and contract formation

Add the product to your basket, review the contents and total, provide your details, accept these terms and complete payment. You can correct errors before placing the order. Orders and these terms are in English.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm that payment has succeeded and make the purchased files available. A payment-pending acknowledgement alone is not acceptance. We send an order confirmation and retain the terms and delivery choices recorded with it. Please keep your own copy.

If an order cannot be accepted, we will tell you and return any payment taken for it. If an obvious price or description error is discovered, we will contact you to resolve it before acceptance.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. EstateBee Limited is not VAT-registered and no VAT is added. The total is shown before payment. Digital downloads have no shipping charge. A purchase is a one-off payment unless a product expressly states otherwise.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Stripe processes card payments and PayPal processes PayPal payments. Never send payment-card details by email. Access follows successful payment; pending payments must first be confirmed.

5. Digital delivery and compatibility

The product page identifies the supplied formats. Company secretarial packs contain a PDF and separate editable DOCX forms in a ZIP. The direct book download is a PDF. You need internet access, a PDF reader and, for editable forms, Microsoft Word or compatible software. Save and extract ZIP files before opening their contents.

Download links are provided through your order confirmation and customer account after payment. Any download limits or expiry shown before purchase form part of the order. Save a local copy. Tell us promptly if a file is inaccessible or damaged. See delivery and shipping.

6. Your licence

Unless the product page states a different licence, document packs are licensed to the purchaser for use within one company or business. You may complete, adapt, copy and sign the documents for that business’s own affairs and share completed documents with its parties, officers, advisers and relevant authorities as needed. A transaction-specific document may be used for one transaction involving that business.

The book is licensed for the purchaser’s personal reading and internal reference. You may keep reasonable backup copies on your devices.

You may not resell, publicly distribute, sublicense or make blank templates or the book available to others, operate a paid drafting or document-distribution service using them, or share account credentials. Professional, client-service, multi-company or wider use requires our written permission. Copyright remains with its owner. This does not restrict uses permitted by mandatory law.

7. Completing and using documents

You are responsible for providing accurate information, choosing the relevant options, completing the forms and checking them against the company’s circumstances and existing arrangements. Follow the guidance for approval, signature, records and filing.

A purchase does not include individual legal, tax or financial advice, filing, negotiation or a professional review unless expressly listed. Obtain appropriate advice where the matter is outside the product’s stated scope.

8. Consumer cancellation and immediate downloads

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from making the contract to cancel a digital-content purchase. Before immediate supply starts, checkout asks for your express consent to supply during that period and acknowledgement that you lose the cancellation right once supply begins. We record and confirm those choices with your order. Payment alone does not remove that right.

Once supply begins with the consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by law, there is no change-of-mind cancellation right. We do not provide an additional contractual change-of-mind refund after supply. Business customers do not have the statutory consumer cooling-off right. These provisions do not affect remedies for faulty or misdescribed content.

If you have a cancellation right and wish to exercise it, send a clear statement by email or post before the period ends. You may use the form below but do not have to. A required refund will be made within 14 days of being told of cancellation, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

9. Cancellation form

To: EstateBee Limited, 33 Canonbie Road, London, SE23 3AW, United Kingdom; customersupport@docudraft.co.uk.

I/We give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the following digital content:
Product and order number:
Ordered on:
Name of consumer(s):
Address of consumer(s):
Date:
Signature of consumer(s), only if sent on paper:

Delete whichever wording does not apply. This form does not restore a cancellation right that has already ended lawfully.

10. Product problems and discretionary goodwill

If your file is missing, inaccessible, damaged or does not match its description, contact us with the order number and issue. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by law. This may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund where the applicable conditions are met.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed in the contract, a refund, credit, exchange or other goodwill concession is entirely voluntary and may be granted or refused at EstateBee Limited’s sole discretion. Downloading a product and then changing your mind, deciding not to use it or no longer needing it does not itself create a right to a goodwill refund.

Our customer commitment is not an automatic money-back guarantee or a promise of a fixed period of included support. These terms govern voluntary remedies and prevail over inconsistent descriptions to the extent permitted by law. They do not override legally binding pre-contract information or mandatory rights. We do not require you to accept credit where the law entitles you to a refund.

11. Drafting and review enquiries

An enquiry is not an accepted instruction and does not reserve a deadline or create a solicitor-client relationship. Before professional work starts, the provider, status, scope, fee, timetable, acceptance checks, terms and complaints arrangements must be agreed separately. A document purchase does not include drafting or negotiating a live acquisition, disclosure or completion work.

12. Versions, changes and access

Your purchase covers the stated product version and contents. It does not include free lifetime legal updates, ongoing drafting assistance or unlimited support. We may correct errors or provide updates, including any updates required by law.

Changes to these terms apply to future orders. We will not use them to reduce rights, access or promises that applied to an earlier purchase. Where we must end access or cancel an accepted order for reasons other than your breach, any refund or remedy required by law remains available.

13. Our responsibility

Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We do not exclude responsibility for damage to your device or other digital content where the law makes us responsible.

If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, subject to the first paragraph and to the extent lawful and reasonable, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings. Our aggregate liability arising from a business purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. This does not affect an expressly agreed professional engagement.

14. Privacy and complaints

Our privacy policy explains order and contact information. To raise a complaint, contact customersupport@docudraft.co.uk with the order number, issue and outcome you seek. We will consider it and explain our response. A separate professional engagement has the complaints arrangements identified in its terms.

15. General terms and governing law

You confirm that you have authority to order on behalf of a business where relevant. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation provided this does not reduce your rights; we will tell you where required. You may transfer your rights only with our written agreement unless the law allows otherwise.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in exercising a right does not waive it. No third party may enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales. Business customers submit to its courts’ exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home courts where applicable.
