Digital documents and books
DocuDraft products are delivered electronically in the formats listed on the product page. Company secretarial packs contain a complete PDF and separate editable Word forms, supplied together in a ZIP. The book bought directly from DocuDraft is a PDF. There is no postage charge.
Receiving your download
Download access is provided after successful payment. Links are available in your order confirmation and customer account. If payment is pending or requires verification, access follows confirmation.
Check the email address entered at checkout and save a local copy of your files. The order confirmation states any download limit or expiry that applies to your product.
Opening your files
Extract the ZIP before using a document pack. PDFs need a PDF reader; DOCX forms need Microsoft Word or compatible software. Layout can vary between editing programs. Follow the guidance in the pack when completing and signing the forms.
Paperback and Kindle editions
The book page links to Amazon for the paperback and Kindle editions. Amazon is responsible for those orders, prices, delivery estimates and download arrangements. An Amazon purchase does not create a DocuDraft PDF order.
Need help?
If a file is missing or will not open, check your confirmation email and its Junk folder, then contact customer support with your order number and the product name.
Drafting and review work
Any separately accepted drafting or review service has its own agreed scope and delivery date. Sending an enquiry does not start that work or reserve a deadline.
